Love Is Something You Hear With Your Heart

Chene contacted me a month in advance about a couples shoot for her and her boyfriend, Darius. She booked that far out so we could plan poses so that the details wouldn't get "lost in translation" with Darius who happens to be hearing impaired. I was excited to meet Darius because I have been learning ASL and teaching my children ASL for going on 6 years, but have only signed to/with the hearing. But of coarse, when Darius and Chene arrived for shoot time, much to my chagrin,  my nerves got the better of me and I was too shy to remember much of anything I have learned, hahaha. Despite that, we had a wonderful, fun session and the extra planning paid off and I am thrilled with what we captured! These two, one hearing and the other not, communicate perfectly with one another and you can see the glow of love when their eyes meet. They are precious and so much fun!!
